Wah Lum Wellness is a sanctioned school of Grandmaster Pui Chan’s Wah Lum Tam Tui Northern Praying Mantis System.
Our name is derived from Grandmaster’s assertion than now, more than ever, the practice of traditional martial arts is about improving one’s health and well-being. We say one should Thrive!
Wah Lum is an exceptionally professional system with a comprehensive curriculum. Its instructor training, certification, and continuing education requirements are amongst the most rigorous in the world today.
Sifu Mary Driscoll was first certified by Grandmaster Chan in 2005 after extensive training under the vigilant direction of Sifu Michael Johnson and Simu Peta Hackel, with the assistance, support, and fellowship of many other Sifus throughout the system.
Sifu Mary is a chemical engineer with extensive executive business experience, and decades of volunteer leadership in community organizations like the YMCA. We encourage you to call or visit the school to learn more about the Wah Lum System.
